Warranty & Replacement Terms:
All products are inspected and carefully packed at the manufacturer's facility. Buyer will need general check for the damaged products right after the container arrived. Claim report with picture will needed if there is any damaged products so that Alwin Products can act accordingly to claim from the insurance company when it is CIF terms. In such case, the damaged products will be replaced by Alwin Products. If it is in FOB terms, the buyer will get the compensation from insurance company by themselves for the damaged products from all the transportation.We will not be with responsibility for the damage of the products during the buyer's domestic transportation after discharging the goods from the container.
If the quality of the products is not as per specification or as per the original sample that was approved. In such case we will: --refund full amount for the faulty products or ¨Cfree replacement in the next shipment for the faulty products. Buyer will need to return the faulty products to supplier at our cost.
Claims for shortages, incorrect items or accessories will be acceptable for only 15 days after the buyer get the container. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver by the buyer of all claims for shortages or incorrect items.
Our products are backed with an industry standard limited lifetime warranty.
